1. Visit your wordpress blog admin console. Example: www.yourdomain.com/blog/wp-admin
2. Enter your wordpress username and password
3. Once you login to the wordpress admin console, on the top left hand side (below the dashboard link), there is a section called posts
4. Click on ADD NEW link to add a new post

Enter the requested information:
Your Name: your name
Email Address: the email address the messages will be sent from
Account Type: POP3
Incoming Mail server: nameofdomain.com
Outgoing Mail server: nameofdomain.com
User Name: the full email address
Password: the password for the email address

Click More Settings.
On the Outgoing Server tab, check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server and click OK.
Click Test Account Settings to verify everything is configured correctly.
